After Burning

Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame gently. Never use water, as it can cause hot wax to splatter or damage the vessel.
Once extinguished, check that the wick is no longer glowing. Allow the wax to cool completely before trimming the wick, replacing the lid or moving the candle. Keep the wax pool free from wick trimmings, matches and other debris.
Discontinue use when approximately 1 cm of wax remains at the base. Burning beyond this point may cause the vessel to overheat.
With thoughtful care, your Mellifluous candle will offer a cleaner, more beautiful experience—inviting you to pause, reconnect and return to yourself.
